We exist to equip leaders. Equipping leaders is our passion.
We want everyone who experiences Summit Outdoor Leadership to walk away feeling empowered and confident to move forward, putting into use the skills they acquired while with us.
We want to tap into the little bit of leadership that we all have inside and help you use it fully for God’s glory!
We exist to equip leaders.
In regard to equipping, we focus on two main areas: professional & spiritual.
Everything we do is filtered through the idea of professional and spiritual equipping.
Some things we do are elementary or entry-level – every leader has to start somewhere, and we would be honored to be there as you take your first steps.
Other programs will focus on expert or professional level skills for those that are ready for the ultra-fine tuning of skills acquired long ago.
Wherever you fall on this spectrum of leadership, here are 3 specific ways you can elevate your leadership in the next month!
CPR: This is for anyone and everyone who is in need of life-saving skills. Whether you are a corporate professional, teacher, foster parents, or even a teen babysitter, this class will benefit you. We cover infant–adult CPR, AED, as well as basic First Aid. Certification from the American Red Cross lasts 2 years from training date.
**Do you have a group of people at your church or a team that is interested in getting certified? Reach out and we might be able to accommodate your group for a custom event for you.

SUMMIT: ELEVATE is a “learning community” style of online cohort in which emerging & existing leaders meet over video call & private online discussion groups to:
